Applicants with diplomatic, official or official passports may log on to the website https://bio.visaforchina.cn/CAI3_EN/qianzhengyewu, fill in the visa application form online, download and print the Confirmation Page and the Visa Application Form, proceed to the Consulate Office at Zamalek Mazhar, Mohammed 23A with the application form and the following documents. No appointment is required. 

Documents Required:

1. Verbal note or official letter issued by the affiliated agency.

2. If invited by the Chinese government, it is required to provide an official invitation letter issued by the relevant Chinese government agency.

3. Original passport and a photocopy.

4. Diplomatic/official ID and a photocopy.

5. One recently-taken color passport photo.

6. Applicants may be required to provide additional documents and information wherever necessary.
